Insurance

Medical Evacuation and Repatriation Insurance

Cultural Vistas, Inc., in accordance with the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs' (ECA) regulations for exchange visitors, requires that all participants have medical evacuation and repatriation insurance for the duration of their stay in the United States. Teach USA participants and their dependents must enroll in medical evacuation and repatriation insurance through Cultural Vistas' provider.

Please check the following box to agree to coverage through Cultural Vistas' medical evacuation and repatriation insurance coverage:

I understand this coverage is included in the Program Administration fee paid to Cultural Vistas for myself only. If I have dependents, I will either purchase this from Cultural Vistas or provide proof of coverage from an alternate insurance carrier.

Health and Accident Insurance

Cultural Vistas, Inc., in accordance with the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs' (ECA) regulations for exchange visitors (22 CFR Part 62), requires that all participants and their dependents have health and accident insurance in effect for the duration of their stay in the United States. Cultural Vistas will not issue the Form DS-2019 without having received information verifying that participants and dependents are covered by health and accident insurance.

Please check the box that accurately describes your plans for health and accident insurance coverage throughout your stay in the U.S. on the Teach USA program.
