Cultural Vistas, Inc., in accordance with the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs' (ECA) regulations for exchange visitors, requires that all participants be enrolled in the necessary medical insurance before we issue the DS-2019. This coverage includes illness and accident as well as medical evacuation and repatriation. Please read through the options you have HERE.
